  • Setting up of school environmental clubs
  • Environmental awareness and education.
  • Implementation of environmentally friendly actions at school level.
  • Implementation of environmentally friendly actions at community level, applying the service-learning methodology.

Why was the project developed?

A healthy environment is a basic prerequisite for the enjoyment of a large number of children’s rights. In addition, through different consultations with children on their concept of well-being, they give nature an absolutely central role in it.

Therefore, it is relevant to strengthen the awareness and capacities, as well as to promote a change in values, practices and habits in children and in the educational community, in order to reinforce the protection of the environment in their school, homes and community.
